What we collect

Name, email, company, phone, plan choices, intake answers, and payment metadata from Stripe. Message logs store outbound email/SMS content for operations.

How we use it

To run onboarding, provision access, send stage updates, and let admin monitor or override failures.

Sharing

Stripe processes payments. Email/SMS providers send notifications when those channels are enabled. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Lead records, stage history, and message logs remain until the operator deletes them.
