Terms of service

1. The service

FreedomBot™ provides a modular AI business system and a client portal for onboarding, payment, agreement, intake, and access. Features may be simulated where a third-party API is not yet connected.

2. Accounts & portal

Portal access is granted via a unique link and PIN. You are responsible for keeping those credentials private.

3. Fees

Setup fees and subscriptions are billed through Stripe when configured. Plans shown on the site are the current catalog and may be updated by the operator.

4. Agreements

Agreement signing is provided through DocuSign when that integration is configured. FreedomBot has no built-in signature substitute; if DocuSign is unavailable, signing and onboarding remain paused until the provider is restored.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you are not allowed to share.
